Couples therapy is not billed through insurance and is a cash pay only service.
Confidentiality & Privacy Policy:
Confidentiality is an important part of the counseling relationship. The law protects confidentiality for adult clients, meaning information is not shared without written permission. In Oklahoma, minors do not have the same legal confidentiality protections; however, parents or guardians are asked to respect the privacy of sessions whenever possible to support trust and effective therapy.
Exceptions Include:
Risk of harm: Confidentiality may be broken if there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.
Abuse or neglect: Therapists are required by law to report suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elderly person, or vulnerable adult.
Court order: Confidential information may be disclosed if required by a valid court order or legal subpoena.
